这个英语口语表达可不是“打我”的意思哦~！这个口语表达的完整形式是：It beats me. 意思是：这可难倒我了，这可考倒我了，我不知道。相当于：I do not know the answer. I cannot figure it out. I don't know. I have no idea.

- Do you know what's going to happen?

- Beats me. Let's give it a try and see what happens.

- 你知道会发生什么吗？

- 我不知道，我们来试试看会发生什么。

- When does the party start?

- Beats me. Look at the message she sent.

- 生日聚会什么时候始啊？

- 我不知道，看看她发给你的信息。

下面我们再来看几个和这个口语表达有关的例句：

- Is there a bank along the street?

- Beats me.

- 这条街上有银行吗？

- 我不知道。

-Do you know the answer to this question?

-Beats me. It's difficult, maybe you should ask the teacher.

- 你知道这道题怎么做吗？

- 不知道，这挺难的，也许你该去问问老师。

- Haste makes waste. Why did he do such a stupid thing?

- Beats me.

- 欲速则不达，他为什么做这么愚蠢的事？

- 不知道。

另外，英语口语里面也不一定都是短句哦。要表达丰富点的意思也可以使用长句。

我搞不懂他独自一人怎么能在山上生存三个星期的。
