Corporate English Training Process

1、客户需求分析 Analysis of Customer Study Needs

由企业培训顾问拜访公司人力资源部，了解该公司背景、岗位要求及培训需求计划，并提供初步的培训方案。

To identify the study requirements of each customer, a training consultant will be allocated to visit and discuss the with the specific details of the study package in relation to the company background, job and training requirements and the training plans or
programmes already in place. Once complete, an initial training programmes proposal can be submitted to the customer for
consideration.

2、入学水平测试 Entry Level Testing

借助科学准确的测试系统来评估学生的英语水平，并帮助学生确定学习的方向。

In order to determine the ability of each student, all students will be required to undergo an evaluation test using the DynEd software program to identify the scope of study required and ascertain the level of student competency.

3、设计培训方案 Training Programme Design

分析学员的培训需求及测试结果为学员量身制定学习课程，根据学员的具体情况安排有相关经验的教师，制定详细的课程培训方案。

Following evaluation of specific customer requirements and analysis of entry level tests, training programmes can be designed to
incorporate the most effective study programmes for students using customized learning materials and the utilization of teachers
possessing the most appropriate teaching experience in order to meet the demands of each training programme.

4、签订培训 Study Agreement

经双方同意，以确保培训课程顺利进行。

To demonstrate student and school commitment to the training programme both parties will be required to enter into a study
agreement to ensure completion of the course within the training period agreed.

5、指派教师进行培训 Teacher Allocation for Study Programmes

学校会派出*优秀的教师对企业进行培训，根据企业需求由经验丰富的中外籍教师结合课程内容授课，努力给学员营造理想的教学氛围，不断提高学员的语言技能。

To ensure the best teacher allocation for study programmes, all course teachers will be carefully
selected to provide only the best in teaching quality and experience. Both foreign and Chinese teachers bring a rich vein of business and professional experience to the school and classroom alike, creating the ideal environment in which to enhance and develop
language learning skills beyond just conversational English.

6、学习跟踪与反馈 Study Progress Tracking and Learning Feedback

专业的中方辅导老师会跟踪学员的学习进程。辅导老师会指导学生如何克服困难并定期搜集反馈意见，尤其会针对所学内容提高每个学生的学习成效，使英语学习顺利进行。

Each student is allocated a professional Chinese tutor to help track their study and learning progress. Each tutor will offer guidance and counseling sessions to help students overcome any learning difficulties and gather regular feedback, focusing on specific areas of learning and individual improvement, allowing students to progress smoothly through their study programmes.

7、每月学习进程追踪报告 Monthly Student Progress Reports

学校会及时反馈企业学员的学习进度及各个阶段的成绩，且出具每月学习进程报告，学校企业培训部会根据客户需求，定期提供该企业所有学员的学习进度报告。

All students will be given monthly progress reports, designed to provide students with evidence of study progress and areas of
specific improvement. Moreover, student progress reports will help the school, students and teachers identify key areas of learning where further improvement can be made. Progress reports can be issued to students upon request.

8、培训期末测试效果评估 Final Test Results and Overall Assessment of Training

培训期结束后，我们会对每位学员进行培训效果测试，培训企业也可将此与初期测试进行对比。学校会将学员的学习效果评估报告提供给企业人力资源部门保管，以备公司管理存档。

Following completion of all study programmes, students will be required to take a final test as a comparison with their initial
evaluation to ascertain the level of progress made during the overall training period. Results of the final test and an assessment of the training undertaken can be provided to the company's human resources department as evidence of attendance and the actual level of progress achieved.
