What the man is saying here is that uh he wants to keep the bus service uh for the　　better being of all the student of campus, uh because uh the the there is some student　can’t afford a car. Therefore the use of free bus service even though it’s not the much.　The problem the bus service right now is that the bus is going through uh wrong　　neighborhoods uh or it’s too expensive for students to live. So what they should do is　just uh change the course of the bus, and that will take care of the problem.　 Uh also they should encourage more students to use the buses instead of discourage　them all really in case if they use the money that they use for the bus service to uh　increase this basis of parking lot for student, uh which would add to the noises to the　campus and would be more congested for all the people who already be parking over　there… that’s about it. ()
