广东省中学语文特级教师，广东省首批中学语文正高级教师，广东省“名教师”，  全国优秀教师，“广东省王满英名校长工作室”主持人，“深圳市王满英名师工作室”主持人，“广东省百千万人才工程”教育专家培养对象，广东省国际教育学 会常务理事，深圳大学师范学院客座教授，全国名师工作室联盟常务理事。1993 年调入深圳工作，来深工作已 28 年，先后在罗湖高级中学、罗湖外语学校、翠园教育集团·松泉实验学校等 6 所学校开展了卓有成效的教育教学和教育管理工作，具有高中、初中、小学各学段的教育管理经验，历任罗湖区红桂中学副校长、罗湖外语学校副校长、翠园教育集团·松泉实验学校校长、深圳市罗湖区人民政府督导室专职督学等职务。

She has carried out effective education teaching and education management in six schools successively, including Luohu Senior High School, Luohu Foreign Language School, Cuiyuan Education Group-Songquan Experimental School, etc. She has experience in education management in high school, junior high school and elementary school, and has served successively as the vice principal of Honggui Middle School in Luohu District, the vice principal of Luohu Foreign Language School, the principal of Cuiyuan Education Group-Songquan Experimental School, and the full-time superintendent of the Supervision Office of People's Government in Luohu District, Shenzhen.
